Dr. Freeman N. Rosenblum graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1961. After completing a two-year tour of duty in the Air Force, Dr. Rosenblum obtained a Master of Science Degree with a major in Pedodontics and a minor in Orthodontics from the University of Nebraska. Dr. Rosenblum is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and member of the International College of Dentists. He is the former chair of the division of Pedodontics at the University of Minnesota and has been active in the St. Paul District Dental Society and the Minnesota Dental Association. Dr. Rosenblum is currently the past president of the Minnesota State Board of Dentistry and has recently been appointed by the governor to be on the Board for a third term. Dr. Rosenblum also serves as an examiner for the Central Regional Dental Testing Service. Dr. Rosenblum resides with his wife Shirley in the southern suburbs and enjoys boating, jogging and playing golf in his free time.
Dr. David H. Lipschultz graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1970. After completing a two-year tour of duty in the Air Force, Dr. Lipschultz obtained a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Lipschultz is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Lipschultz is active in the St. Paul District Dental Society and the Minnesota Dental Association. He is a past-president of the Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Lipschultz is a past board member for Jewish Family Services - St. Paul and is an active volunteer with the Temple of Aaron Synagogue. Dr. Lipschultz and his wife Betty Sue reside in the southern suburbs and enjoy tennis, walking, bicycling, and golf. They also enjoy family activities with their three children and grandchild.
Dr. Michael P. Cellitti graduated from the University of Illinois School of Dentistry in 1974 and obtained a Masters of Science degree in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Minnesota in 1976. Dr. Cellitti is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and is a member of the International College of Dentists. Dr. Cellitti is active in the Minneapolis District Dental Society and the Minnesota Dental Association. He is a past-president of the Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, past-president of the Minneapolis District Dental Society and former Trustee to the Minnesota Dental Association. Dr. Cellitti has served on the Board of Directors of Midwest Dental Benefits. He is also active in the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church as a volunteer and extraordinary minister. Dr. Cellitti and his wife Patricia reside in the northern suburbs and enjoy spending time with their five children, travel to Florida, and golfing.
Dr. Teresa L. Fong graduated from the University Of Tennessee School Of Dentistry in 1985 and obtained a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Kentucky in 1987. She has been in practice with Metropolitan Pediatric Dental Associates since 1988. Dr. Fong is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and is Board Certified in the specialty of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Fong is active in the Minneapolis District Dental Society and co-chairs the district's Give Kids a Smile Day. She is a member of the Minnesota Dental Association, American Dental Association, International College of Dentists, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. She currently serves as the program chair for the Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Fong has taught Kindergarten Sunday School for over 12 years at Wayzata Evangelical Free Church. Dr. Fong also serves on the Board of Directors for the University Pediatrics Foundation at the University of Minnesota. She is a part-time clinical instructor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Fong and her husband, Ron, reside in Minneapolis and enjoy spending time with their fourth grade son.
Dr. James D. Nickman graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1997 and obtained a Masters of Science degree in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Minnesota in 1999. Dr. Nickman is a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. He is also a member of the Pierre Fauchard Academy. Dr. Nickman is active in the Minneapolis District Dental Society, Minnesota Dental Association, and is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. He is a past-president of the Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and currently serves on the Council of Membership, Council of Government Affairs, and the Council of Dental Benefits of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Nickman is active in the St. Odilia's Catholic Church and volunteers for the annual Sharing and Caring Give Kids a Smile day. Dr. Nickman and his wife Jean reside in the northern suburbs and enjoy spending time with their family and travel.
Dr. Joni M. Richmond
graduated from the University of Iowa School of Dentistry in 2000 and
obtained a Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the
Dr. Yue was born in
Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, where he completed his undergraduate dental
training at the University of Manitoba. After 4 fulfilling years of practicing
general dentistry in the private practice setting, Dr. Yue desired to
focus his dental career on treating children and thus attended the University
of Minnesota obtaining a Certificate of Pediatric Dentistry. During his
time there he was also able to earn his Masters of Science degree for
his research on curing characteristics of dental sealants.
Dr. Michael Flamenbaum, or "Dr. Baum" as his patients call him, hails from Flint, Michigan. Following the completion of his undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan, he received his dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He then received a certificate and Master's degree in pediatric dentistry at the University of Michigan where he researched alternative methods of tooth decay removal. Dr. Flamenbaum spent the past four years in Michigan and Georgia working as a pediatric dentist where he enjoyed being in a private practice setting. He and his wife Michelle, an Edina native, recently moved back to Minnesota to reunite with friends, family, and subzero temperatures. Dr. Flamenbaum is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Minnesota Dental Association. When not fighting the evil forces of tooth decay, he spends his time writing music, gardening, cooking, and being outdoors. Excited to now be back in the Midwest, he looks forward to continuing his career by providing the highest level of pediatric dental care.
